Momentum AMP integrates with Lightspeed Voice to give agencies advanced call tracking and recording features. Once connected, calls are logged automatically, and direct links to recordings are available for review, training, and compliance purposes.
When to Use This
Use this integration when your agency wants to:
Automate call logging into Momentum AMP.
Provide staff with call popups on inbound and outbound calls.
Access recordings of calls directly from client records.
Consolidate call history with notes, tasks, emails, and SMS in Momentum AMP.
How It Works
Activity History: Calls are automatically logged in the insured or prospect’s Activity History.
Call Logs Menu: You can also view all agency-wide calls under the Call Logs option in the left navigation of Momentum AMP.
Recording Links: Each Lightspeed Voice entry includes a clickable link to the call recording for quick playback.
Popups: Orbit desktop app users will see popups on inbound and outbound calls for fast access to client details.
Where to Set It Up
Go to the Lightspeed Voice management portal: https://app.lightspeedvoice.com/management
Navigate to: Management > Lead Settings > Integrations.
Add or edit your integration, selecting Momentum by NowCerts as the vendor.
Assign the integration to users, enable call pops, and confirm authentication under My Authentication.
Save changes and test with a call to verify logging.
Key Notes & Best Practices
The Orbit app must be installed and running for call popups to display.
Store recordings responsibly, as they may contain sensitive client information.
Make sure each user is assigned under the integration so their calls are tracked.
Test both inbound and outbound calls to confirm details and recordings are captured.
Troubleshooting
No calls appearing in Momentum? Confirm users are assigned under Lead Settings > Integrations and the integration is enabled.
Missing call recordings? Check that call recording is active in your Lightspeed Voice account.
No popups? Verify the Orbit desktop app is installed and logged in.
