Momentum AMS onboarding is designed to help your agency quickly become confident and efficient in using the system. The process begins as soon as your 30-day trial starts, with a clear path from introduction to hands-on workflow training.
Getting Started
When your agency signs up for a 30-day trial:
You are assigned an SCC (Sales Consultant Concierge).
The SCC schedules an initial system tour with our onboarding specialist. This is a demo-style walkthrough covering basic navigation and setup. (Details of this session are not covered in this article.)
Training Preparation
Before starting formal training, your agency should access these resources:

Starting Core Workflow Training
Once the Momentum University path and onboarding checklist are completed:
You’ll begin hands-on training covering the core workflows your agency will use daily.
Training will be led by your assigned trainer, who will focus on practical, real-world workflows such as:
Certificates
Service requests
Billing
Carrier downloads
Document management
Twice-a-Day Webinars
As part of your 30-day trial, your team can attend live onboarding webinars twice per day, Tuesday through Friday.
Morning Session – Covers core navigation and foundational workflows.
Afternoon Session – Covers advanced workflows, billing, reporting, and specialized topics.
