Momentum Release Notes – January 22, 2026

Overview
 This week’s release introduces new Interactive Reports, expanded workflow checklist actions, additional list columns and filters, navigation enhancements, and reporting improvements. These updates improve commission visibility, workflow management, renewal filtering, and overall system usability. 

New Features & Enhancements

Interactive Reports

Producer Commissions Report

  • Added a new Interactive Report focused on Producer Commissions.

  • Provides clearer visibility into commission performance at the producer level.

Agency Commissions Based on Rules — Agent Commission Preview

  • Added a new option to check potential agent commissions alongside agency commissions.

  • Helps validate commission setup and expectations before processing.


Workflow Checklists

Batch Action — Change Item Status

  • Added a new batch action to update the status of multiple workflow checklist items at once.

Grid Action — Mark as Completed

  • Workflow checklist items can now be marked as Completed directly from grid actions.

Reorder Workflow Checklist Items

  • Checklist items can now be reordered, allowing teams to better align workflows with real-world processes.


Policy & Insured Details

Policy Details — Initial Screen Enhancements

  • The initial policy screen now displays information for the latest General Liability and Workers Compensation policies.

  • Includes a Line of Business check to ensure accurate display.

Vehicles — Merge Option

  • Added the ability to merge vehicles, helping reduce duplicate records and improve data accuracy.


Lists, Columns & Filters

Insureds / Prospects List — Location Column

  • Added a new Location column to the Insureds and Prospects list views.

Principals List — Insured Agent & CSR

  • Added new columns and filters for:

    • Insured Agent

    • Insured CSR

These additions improve filtering and reporting for account ownership.


Training, Support & Navigation

Training & Support Menu — Training Webinars

  • Added a new Training Webinars option to the Training & Support menu, providing quicker access to live and recorded training sessions.

Renewal Center — Location Filter (Not Assigned)

  • Added the ability to filter renewals by Location = Not Assigned, making it easier to identify unassigned renewals.

Navigation Palette — Workflow Checklists Option

  • Workflow Checklists can now be selected as an option within the Navigation Palette.


Additional Updates

Local DB Reports

Agency Overview & Agency Usage Reports

  • Added new data points:

    • State

    • Stripe Subscription Type


Workers Compensation — Properties Tab

  • Updated the Properties tab to:

    • Display property name

    • Show a list of locations more clearly


Origin Column

  • Added a new Origin column to several tables, including:

    • Various insured item tables

    • Endorsement item tables

This provides better traceability of where records originate.
