Customizing Endorsement Premium and Non-Premium Types

Endorsement Premium Types
  In Momentum AMS, agencies can fully customize which premium and non-premium types are available when processing endorsements. These options appear in billing and reconciliation workflows and can be reordered, hidden, or bulk-adjusted to match your agency’s needs.

Accessing Endorsement Premium Types

  1. Log in to Momentum AMS.

  2. From the left navigation, go to Miscellaneous → Agency Customization.

  3. Select Endorsement Premium Types.

• Positive Endorsement

Customizing the Lists

  • Visibility – Each type can be shown or hidden from drop-downs.

  • Reordering – Drag and drop to change the order in which types appear.

  • Bulk Actions – Apply visibility or ordering changes to multiple types at once.

Why Customize?

  • Eliminate types your agency never uses (e.g., carrier-specific fees).

  • Reorder the most common types (like Agency Fee or Taxes) to the top of the list for faster processing.

  • Standardize naming conventions across your team for consistency in reporting and reconciliation.


Best Practices
  • Review the list regularly and hide unused items to reduce clutter.
  • Move your agency’s most common premium and fee types to the top for efficiency.
  • If using bulk actions, double-check selections before applying to avoid hiding critical options.
   • Align your customization with how your accounting and reconciliation processes are structured.
